sir i already file a complaint regarding not converting my sim into prepaid and make my 2 month bill extra and vodaphone executive also lie to me , yet i make a request and pay all due and pay extra bill of 7 days for converting in prepaid, but 4 days go, my sim not converting i also do call to custoemr care and they said that wait till call not received from vodafone, vodafone is no value of there customer and they charged bills without any useed. kinldy look my compalint against 9782006284
