It been a month now, Since i submitted a request in vodafone store to convert my post paid to pre paid, They made me to pay advance month bill, submitted all the docs with photo,
As per norms, Service provider should only take week time in converting post paid to rpe paid.
Customer keep making fake promises that they will get it done in one day, two days.
It been a month now. My prepaid SIM is not activated yet.
