This is to complain against the vodafone on not attending the request/issue and misguiding or passing of attending the call to next customer care person.

I had issue with my mobile network during roaming ,MY SIM isn’t unable to register to the network ,Similar issue happen a month before also and i register complaint to vodafone and they told that the issue is due to my SIM hence i swapped my old SIM with new SIM in Bangalore (Home network) and i got confirmed that my Mobile is having vodafone network before coming to Andhra (Roaming network). Once after entering in to Andhra my network is unable to register with vodafone romaing network again hence i raised a complaint to Vodafone (396544624). They told that they will get back to my alternative contact number with in 24 hours post 24 hours also i didnt got any call/notification from vodafone hence i called them again and they told that they will get back with in 6 hours post 6 hours also i didnt got any call /notification.
So i register/called vodafone customer care and they register a new complaint (396706898).
and told that they will reach out to me with in 2 hours. This process is keep on happening with out providing any proper/substantial resolution/action(Orally they told that ticket is still in open status and no one picked the ticket). Due to this network issue i am unable to perform any financial transactions as all my OTP’s are coming to my vodafone number only and due to this I missed all my financial transaction which effected my reputation and like wise this time also it is happening the same.
I am not sure i dont know where else i have to complaint about this as this is happening repetitive and vodafone is not attending to the complaints which i already raised.
