Respected Sir/Madam,

From 6th Jun 2020. I was trying to get PORT code from Vodafone, for this I had sent message to 1900 PORT 9560001230 in response of this, I got message Cancellation message mentioning. “UPC cannot be generated for the reasons:1) There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. please contact 1900”.

Then on same day 6th Jun 2020, I sent email to appellate.delhi@Vodafoneidea.com  mentioning my issue (same as attached email).

I called to customer care on 7th * 8th Jun2020 & ask for PORT code they told me that you would get code after 4hrs, but no action & response at all.

After Two days I sent follow up email to appellate team again but still there was no response. After 5 days on 11 Jun 2020, I got email mentioning the below comments.

Dear Mr. Kumar,

Greetings from Vodafone Idea!

I attempted to call on your mobile number 9560001230 earlier today; however due to non-availability we are unable to contact you; I am summarizing your concern regarding on your Vodafone number 9560001230.

I would request you kindly share alternate number and preferable time details to assist you further on call connectivity regarding your concern.

We appreciate your patience and regret any inconvenience.

I revert back & ask them to call me again , then after on 12th Jun’2020, I got call on next day & again I summarized my issue to them, then with screen shot & other details, they assured me this issue will be resolved in 24-48 hrs, but till data no action taken by their side to resolve the query.

What they are doing smartly is they responded in 48 hrs on email or call to avoid their escalation matrix & every time they asked the same details again n again but not taken any action to resolve the query.

From 6th Jun to 18 Jun 2020, even they had not registered my complain on their system, on 19 Jun 2020 they registered service request number 3-70560404113 & resolving upcoming time is 25th Jun 2020. Every time they are trying to make fool of customer, after 25th June 2020, they will come up with new issue.

Don’t know what the issue in their system or way or working.

If, I am paying my bill amount on time to time & there is no outstanding amount. Then why they are not able to provide the PORT code to me.

On 19th Jun 2020, Again I called to customer care 198 ask for my status, then they told me a new issue of outstanding amount of Rs .24 Paisa  (Twenty paisa only) less than Rs 1 & this issue was not communicated to me earlier; I made the payment of Rs.1 on the same day. Every time they are coming with new issue but not with any solution.

Even on 21st Jun 2020, In this Pandemic situation, first time I moved out of my society to reached to  Vodafone Store (Sector 11, Dwarka, New Delhi-110075), but they are not able to help me out. They also ask to me email Appellate.delhi@vodafoneidea.com.

I have gone through not only a very sad phase with Vodafone services but the mental agony, depression, and precious time been wasted on a company like yours is very saddening.

Now, I need Consumer forum support to resolve my query & to get my PORT code ASAP & a Legal action against VODAFONE as per consumer forum guideline.

We are pleased to attached cancellation message from Vodafone start from 6 Jun to till date 23 Jun’2020.

Due to system limitation, I am unable to attached email for your reference, If require then please let me.

  1. Till now, no response from Vodafone. Every day I called to them & ask for resolution then they gave me new deadline of 48-72 hrs for resolution, after time they did not provide any update, every time they provide unacceptable excuse.
