My Vodafone Mob No 9820322549 was deactivated (closure of account) on 18.07.2019 vide docket No 545968870 with all pending dues cleared.
Vodafone is supposed to refund my “Security Deposit” of Rs 1500 within 60 days of closure of account which they haven’t done so far. Now beyond which they are supposed to pay me an interest of 10% per annum on the deposit.
The interest @ 10% is piling up on Vodafone.
- Complaint via Email & Twitter sent on 4 Jan 20 and an Autoreply email received stating that customer service team will respond in 24 hours. Now it is more than 144 Hrs past, no response.
