hello!
One recharge of amount 449 for 4g to the vodafone no has been done through net banking on 30/05/2021. The reference no is ( M. Ref IGALFERQL3 ) . The amount was deducted from my bank account , but no confirmation message has been received. And the recharge amount has not been credited yet. .
When I contacted customer care later, they could not give me satisfactory answer. kindly look into the matter urgently.
