Hi Sirs,
I’m using Vodafone no.#784003733 since last more than 5 years, Few days back my plan was Rs.399 since long time. somebody has changed my plan from Vodafone without my knowledge and generated bill for around Rs.1000/-
I visited Vodafone store Sector 18 Noida, He told me that it got changed from your end although I’m not aware… he was using one of him colleague ID and password that is too integrity issue he admitted this anyways…. he changed my plan once again Rs.299 and again generated bill for around Rs.5000/-
Again I visited Vodafone store Sector-18 Noida, Where I come to know that they have additionally charged Rs.3500/- asking that this is the plan change fee, although again I’m not aware about the charges.
As per conversation with person Name Praduman, Mob. No.#-9811919009 who threat me if I continue with plan 999/- then he can reduce 1500/- from the bill.
Now the concern is why I should pay more than my plan 399/- when I have not made any changes in my plan. Vodafone team is breaking integrity policy they using ID password of their colleagues and possibility they are changing randomly no.# plan due to they are not able to selling their plan.
I was on the way from office to home on dated 13-July-2020 at night around 08:00PM and my no. got suspended even I visited twice Vodafone office sector 18 Noida. if something happen to me at night who should have taken responsibility.
I strongly request you to consider it as mental harassment and help me out.
Note all tickets/Complaint no is attached and closed without solve the issue.
