Dear Consumer court,
I am a vodafone mobile SIM user from many years, my number is-8793221100.
Last month i got 3 times more bill than regular one, they charged me for unwanted things. More to that vodafone has big network issue, after giving many complaints they are not solving it.
I tried contacting there customer care but due to COVID19 lockdown and not accessibility to system from there end, they were not able to solve issue.
From past 3 days they have stopped my outgoing and internet service so again i am not able to contact them.
Finally i paid charges and wrote mail to them but no reply from them.
Now i am in critical situation as in lockdown as i am not able to use mobile, not able to port SIM and not able to contact anyone, my work has stopped.
Kindly register complaint against vodafone, i am looking forward to your help and solve issue as early.
