I have transferred my no. from prepaid to postpaid as asked by customer representative of Vodafone, they have committed to give exclusive services with the said data speed.
After notify the same to Vodafone they adamantly reverted that they can transfer the sim into prepaid after we pay the penalty. Here the customer is suffering from the bad services provided by Vodafone.
I have filed many complaints with Vodafone and with consumer helpline but unable to find any solution. Vodafone doesn’t want to resolve our query just wasting our time.
