I am a regular costumer of vodafone and using vodafone network since long time. but since more than year i am frustrated of the vofafone network in my area (KTPS,Banjhedih ,Jhumri telaiya koderma, jharkhand 825421).I am just paying vodafone every month for outgoing validity extension but didn’t able to make a call from it. As I receive no vodafone network in my room and even outside the building the network fluctuates very fast and the call cut down in between.you can check my call log how many times i have made avoice call using vodafone sim, you will find not a single call in whole month. this is the situation. I am paying but not getting any thing in return. The vodafone should look into the matter and strengthened the network in the area. if I am paying you , you have to give the appropriate service.
