We are Vodafone subscribers mobile numbers 9820214076/9820289076 for several years. We never had a netwrok problem until recently with Vodafone. For the last one and half years we are having terrible problem with Vodafone network.
Incoming calls cannot be answered while we are seated comfortably and outgoing calls also have to be made standing in one of the windows of the house. We have made lot of complaints at Vodafone centres but nothing has been done until now.
What is the solution? Can someone tell us? We are Senior Citizens and if we have to stand and speak on a particular call everytime how are we going to manage it? How long do we stand and speak on a call.
Also, our friends/relatives have been sending us messages to tell us that our phones are not reacheable…..!!!! so we miss on important incoming calls also….thankfully we have still retained our MTNL landline and people are clling us on landline now. What is Vodafone going to do about this?
What is the use of having expensive smartphones to make and receive calls??? Can anyone answer and find a solution to this perpetual problem of ours with Vodafone??
