I’m chasing Vodafone since last one year to fix my network issue at my residential address, but I’m started feeling Vodafone doesn’t care for customer satisfaction as I log a complaint & every time I get an SMS back saying your network issue is resolved & your complaint is closed. to file appeal please call 199 toll-free.

Now recently I got revert back on mail telling me that Vodafone team has visited my given address & there is need of installing new Cell site & no site for installation is available if you know any site please let us know about it so we can speak to the site owner to install cell site.

I told them my own house has Rooftop vacant, but before I go ahead I need to get some facts clear.
