hi Team ,

self raised a complaint last 4 months before still the issue not resolved ( am a postpaid subscriber) who is using the connection more than 2.5 yrs but no value add providing for postpaid consumers , am making the payment without any pendency , from this month wont make the payment for my usage , since no one taking care of the consumer complaint which make irritate on the provider..

requested lots of times for call back from the higher level but the same not done from the team
