I (9962708380) have been a customer to Vodafone for more than 8 years. On Feb 9, 2020 I recharged my vodafone number with Rs.299 unlimited plan. From Feb 10, 2020, my 3G internet speed was around 0.06 mbps. I complained to customer care and my issue was not resolved. I moved to appellate authority. They said network issue will be rectified soon. On Feb 26, 2020, vodafone appellate authority sent me an email regarding compensation for the network issue and promised the pack activation after the current pack expires. Now my current pack has expired since 3 days and vodafone appellate authority has not responded to any of my emails for pack activation. They are literally avoiding my emails and the executives in customer care are robots who do not know anything except “we are sorry for the inconvenience”.
