Dear Sir,myself prashant. My vodafone prepaid number is 8600805107. Actually recently i change my job.so my location changed.my old address before one month was Pune district. In saswad tal purandhar. Now my current new address is Friends appartment. Nocil naka. Ghansoli gaon.new mumbai.
Actually Sir, since from month when i came in mumbai.. i didnt get vodafone network properly. Even call drops, no even one network bar on my phone when i come to my flat. And when i leave flat..even in parking i get network…Sir i requested customer care for 3 times but they aftr three weeks still not solved my problem..
i am facing a big issue as not accessing my mails and other.
Sir please its my humble request to you please solve my network issue. Otherwise unnecessary i have to go for port. I know vodafone is best network and i am using it from minimum 8 years.
Sir please do needful.
