Dear Sir,
After several reminders with local Vodafone Account Manager appointed from Raymond Ltd. Vapi (Khadki) – Gujarat and on telephonic complaint on network issue till date they are not able to provide us a solution.
Also always different network engineer is visiting site and give us a false commitment to resolve issue in couple of days but no one has come up with a proper solution. Daily we are receiving complaints from dept. users and as per their false promises we are also become a failure to reply them.
Since we have not received any positive response, we are escalating matter with higher management.
