Greetings for the day!!
I regret to be one your Vodafone customer. As unfortunately, I have ported my number on 25 September 2018 for postpaid connection of Red Basic Plan of 299 Rs/-and had raised my Concern to your customer care to launch the complaint on network and usage of data issue in my premises and the complaint no: 37002508 on 26-Sep-2018 at 8:50 PM regarding the network problem. From then I have been chasing your team about the same and they have informed by October-3-2018 the problem would be resolved.
As I am been fed up and even requested for Port on Sep-28-2018 and received unique porting number than one your executive manager called me and said that I have to wait till the complaint to be resolved. She has been saying that I cannot change my network till 3 months neither I can convert to prepaid but need to pay the bill.
Unfortunately, I and my husband both had taken your postpaid connection
As my husband is a software Employee who does his work from home completely and he is unable to connect to the business calls nor call them when it is dam urgent. As he needs to talk to his clients who are associated with USA & South Africa. Neither they are able to reach us nor he is able to call them.
I am really surprised whether I am in Hyderabad or in a small town when the signal itself is not available why should I maintain your connection.
Today I have received through SMS that my complaint has been addressed. All of the snapshots have been attached for your reference.
It’s really surprising that neither technician had called me nor visited the place how could complaint get resolved. When I call your Customer care they revert me very casually write up an email or corporate office or else wait till 48 hrs to reopen the complaint and get it resolved.
I really need a solution about this or else to request you to allow me to get away from your network.
