I am using vodafone postpaid connection from last 2 years. Recently I have moved to RED X plan because I was told by Vodafone customer care that I will be getting priority service.but now I have lots of call drop issues and internet is too slow. Mostly in nigh after 2 am I am getting 4G speed. I have raised plenty of complaints since I have move to vodafone from Airtel. I haven’t got any resolutions. Every time I was told to wait for 48hours and concern team is working on it. Still multiple requests are in open status . I have attached all the screenshots of raised requests. Even now I am trying to PORT to other companies. I am not allowed as I am getting message ( UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.)
Every month I need to pay bill of 1200 rupees and In case if i want to change my plan then have to pay penalty 3000 rupees.
Vodafone is not providing services. I have raised my concern at multiple places like Twitter, sent Mail to appellate.bih@vodafoneidea.com, Facebook , customer care.
Please Help me !!
