Text of Complaint by Sunil Makhija:

I have been using vodafone for quite a longtime my friends sugested me years ago to port in JIO or AIRTEL I have always avoided their suggestion because i had trust on Vodafone but from last few months my trust is completely gone and i am really frustated on the services which vodafone is providing I can see the 4G signal and can,t even send message on whatsapp can,t browse query on Google, Really i have never thought this will end like this i have always took the 1.5GB plan per day sometime 2GB but i am counting now how much money i have wasted in Past FEW months i will need compensation of it not because i need my money or money is wasted but because that trust is broken,whenever i need to send messages on Instagram on friends something importand it takes 30,40 minutes for sending only messages not any Image or videos , and one another issue is internet MB gets another 1.5GB after 12:00AM so like 2 days ago i switched on Mobile date at 5:30AM in morning and i played one football video of 2 minutes before even completing that video i got message from Vodafone your daily internet is completed only 10MB has left out of 1.5G only 10MB is left for one video when i watched same video immediately on airtel and JIO on my friend,s Phone it exhausted hardly 35-40 MB that moment i realised VODAFONE is over now so i am here lodging a complain for same and really will make sure that you guys have to suffer it. And i really need hell lot of compensation i am pretty sure about it.
