Hi Forum,
This is get notify that i the customer of Vodafone – Mumbai region , from past 2 years there was a Service issue with the Vodafone @ my home location calling to customer care & Visiting Ksiok is nothing happened the bars was 3/4 fluctuation,
after all this i managed any how but from August 19 onwards the service was so poor i raised in the month of Sep 19 till the days there was no solution resolved after that i raised this is to social media like Twitter and Facebook
i got intimidate call from customer care was saying that you will get this much of the frequency (means om getting on 2 bars in my home location) for reference i can share you the speed test which was taken from Vodafone app even Twitter raised query.
Request to do the needful for taking some action against vodafone.. If i wont make a payment for 1 day they are charging us for late pay what if there was no network and i worried for many days,… How i can charge them .. this has to be happened .
