I have been a Vodafone consumer for more than 7 years now. My subscription is valid till December-2021. I got a message few days back that I have to recharge for Rs. 35 in order to continue using Vodafone services or my outgoing call and message services will be discontinued. Right after discontinuing my outgoing services, Vodafone discontinued my Incoming services as well in next 15 days. Please take strict actions against Vodafone for forcing lifetime subscribers to recharge with Rs. 35 pack in order to continue using their services.

I have vodafone lifetime validity. I am using vodafone since more then 16 years. Vodafone is sending message that your outgoing will be closed if you not recharge unlimited/RC35.my mobile balance is more than 700rs. Then why they are closing outgoing
