I bought a REDEX plan with 999+tax from vadafone in mid of Feb this year and Vodafone WIFI hotspot as well. I am facing network issue from the day one itself and keep reporting the same however no one from your team is assisting and giving us support . Actually speaking I am able to work with normal vodafone plan but could not achieve the same with your REDEX plan so called 50 % faster than normal plan . I have found REDEX plan is much slower than the normal plan which I pay much lesser than the REDEX plan . I have dropped more than 100 emails and calling you daily basics are not helping me to get this issue resolved instead I’m getting irritated by your staff responses . It would be better if you completely deactivate your service and waiver the bill amount for the impacted number .
