Good Afternoon,
This is Maanasa using network (vodafone) with number : 9052772975.
Now i am doing online courses and conducting online classes through online. On April 1st i was recharged my number with 449 pack for 2 GB. But from that day onwards i am facing too much problem with mobile data.
Network is good 4G i am getting but data i am not getting even whats app msgs also i am not getting. Average usage till now is 227MB. On 4th my maximum usage 729MB that is the highest. This pack validity is 56 days but i lost 9 days.
Who will compensate this. From customer care side also my problem is not getting resolved, they are not responding properly and playing with customers.
When i am asking will you extend my package like that they are giving response like ” little bit network you are using how we will extend validity”.
So, finally i am decided to give complaint in consumer forum to fight legally.
