I have been facing zero network coverage from Vodafone server for almost 2 years now. I won’t be able to make any calls or receive any communication when I am indoor of my house.
I addressed this issue to Vodafone and they took almost a year to fix a booster. They did not configure and it’s more than a year they are working on this and I am facing the same issue.
They are charging me monthly rental for this zero indoor service with which I have face lots of mental stress and have spent loads of time to explain the situation to the service provider. (2 years) of explaining still no resolution.
They claim that they are best service provider in India and can’t even provide good service in a metropolitan city like Chennai.
I have dropped many emails and lodged many complains with the customer service department but they haven’t provided any resolution and never failed to charge me for monthly rental, late payment fee and the services which I don’t even use.
On top of it they deactivate my account as if the fault is on my end. This is so annoying and stressful to handle this myself. Please help me on this if possible.
