For the past 2 months, during various times of the day there is no network on my phone lasting up to 5-6 hours at a time. This specifically occurs when I am trying to contact a few particular no.s I can’t call/sms/WhatsApp/video call to these no.s during these periods of poor network service. This has been the case for 2 months with no resolution. I am seriously considering shifting to some other network.
On contacting the nearest vodafone store I was informed the two network towers in my locality are non functioning for 56 and 32 days respectively.
