We are facing network coverage issues in my area and raised complains two time but no resolutions and closed tickets without any notifications to me.
I tried calling customer care support team about this and they don’t have any update on this and disconnected my calls.
I requested to reopen my last request but they agreed to reopen but not done and raised new ticket.
Vodafone entire network is down >3hrs on 26-04-2020(15:00-18:30)
I asked the reasons but none off the assistant doesn’t now and not notified to us about this long down issues.After this issues my network totally poor on indoor coverage’s.
i called vodafone assistant today and they told just updated old information and requested to transfer next level officer and they transferrd.
Next level officer (Vishnupriya) taken about my issues and told that will check and update and holded my call ,after 5 Mins my call disconnected.
I called again and informed pervious my call is disconncted while taliking with your officer and requested to transfer again but they told we dont have facility to transfer now.I ‘m surprised that just 5Mins talked officers now they told unable to connect.
‘Finally this new asssistant agreed to reopen my old request.but she raised new request to me.

I have attached my network speed test from Vodafone provided applications and call records to assistants.
I’m totally disstaifisfied this vodafone services to public.
