Sir,

I had being using Vodafone prepaid connection since few months .And since a month I recharged my connection with yearly plan but I feel being cheated ,all day round it fails to provide the internet data due to poor connectivity.

I complained about the issue to nearest store and they didn’t solved it.

Please help me out with monetary refund so I could port out my number to other connection.thanking you.
