I had opted for Vodafone Post paid (RED Entertainment+) Plan so that I could avail the benefit of Mobile Insurance ,Amazon Prime for 1 year ,Netflix for 3 months.But could not utilize none of the services from Vodafone network as promised.
I was keen about Mobile Insurance for my phone.They did not even initiate or raise claim for Mobile Insurance though I visited Vodafone Store,hell lot of customer care calls,emails.
After 3 months ,they are saying that contract between Vodafone and Mobile Shield is withdrawn.I was fed up with their automated mails where none of the links work ,and mentioned numbers are not valid -either not reachable or not working.Mobile Shield App always shows “SERVER ERROR.Please try again later.”
