Hi,
I had migrated from Vodafone post paid to prepaid service few months ago. Since then the data change over doesn’t happen once I get any incoming and out going call. Normally data works fine. Once I get any call the data doesnt turn on after the call is disconnected. Even after changing handset the same problem is observed. Every time I call customer care they suggest me to change my handset rather than checking and solving the issue. Worst customer care executives in Vodafone.. Totally useless. If I go to customer care center they change the sim. It’s 3 times I have changed the Sim but no use.
I strongly feel these people are playing cheap gimmicks as I migrated from post paid to pre paid.
I strongly condemn these kind of attitute from Vodafone India. They must be put huge fine and banned in India..
