- This is in regards to Vodafone internet connection..Ive been using an airtelsim card for this same number for quite a long time and I hav not faced any issues with airtel..However I am facing major issues with Vodafone since the day I ported in to vodafone..I have call drop issues and the internet does not work in my house (address mentioned in my customer details)..It always shows no internet connection and most of the time I do not hav any internet..I am using postpaid and not ready to pay the bill amount for what I have not been able to use. Its so frustrating that I hav to suffer with your pathetic service..If I go out of my house, it works fine in certain areas intermittent..I am not able to watch utube, amazon prime movies or online movies and not able to do online shopping and not even able to book ola or uber from my house..I hav suffered so much and lost alot becuz of vodafone connectivity and internet issues..I need a compensation for it..plz waive off my bill charges..y will I pay when I dint use it and its caused so much inconvenience..its so slow and even whatsapp works intermittent and has major issues..I mostly see one tick and messages dont get delivered and people say their msgs dont reach me on time..plz do the needful else im leavin vodafone forever and will inform all my friends about the problem im facing..I cald customer care many times but ivr issues and call drop issues and i cant reach them..I cald from a friends number and they raised a ticket once but it was of no use..They promised a network engineer will solve the issue but nothin worked..They keep sayin they wil work on it and im struggling so much but they do nothin..all other sims and networks work well on this phone in my house except this vodafone sim..no online movies..no online shopping..Nothing. Vodafone is not resolving my issue and the agents disconnect my cals..I am not even able to reach them from my number..Is this the way vodafone treats their valuable customers who have ported in from another network trusting you people..Even to go for my doctor visits im unable to book a cab..I visited the store in chrompet twice..I live in pammal..I had to go all the way from pammal to chrompet twice whic was of no use..Tech support says traffic net issues and they wil work on the tower and so on..They say someone will come over and resolve the issue..The first time nobody came over..Second time I had to visit the store and complaint again. They then called me but done nothin to resolve it..y shud I pay for wat I did not use. There is no signal bars and no connectivity in my house..I often see one bar..I have to use my smartphone as a basic phone since there is no interent..I tried this sim in all the smart phones in my use and same issue..no whatsapp..no social media apps..nothin..Only when im out in certain areas it works..whats the use when im home nothin works..Even basic calls are an issue..major call drop issues..The person cant hear me and I cant hear them..How can I pay my bill huh when im not able to login to the app or site on my mobile and how can u people charge me late fees..im not redy to pay for what ive not used..its frustrating..plz waive off the late fee charges and my bill amount..If you folks are not able to resolve this issue plz let me port out..I cant struggle with you people this way for another two months..Plz do the needful asap else im not gonna stay with Vodafone..Thank u..
Issue-This is the email which I submitted to vodafone..This email states the issue im facing..They replied stating they will not waive off the charges and want me to pay the full bill amount..They are also not taking any steps to solve the network internet and call issues..I have no signal in my house..They are not allowing me to port out for the next two months..plz advice and help me..what should I do next..Thank you..
