I have complained several times regarding the network problem in my vodafone number in Mumbai.

I am not able to make or receive calls from the number and the data is also not working. The customer care department is useless, they are like puppets reading out a programmed message time and again.

I believe only brainless people are appointed there. They are saying since a complaint is already registered in the same number, within 90 days another complaint can not be taken, no matter even if the problem persists.

A company whose head office us in Mumbai, the number is not working in Mumbai and no solution for that in one week …Really surprising. Vodafone do have hopeless network and more hopeless customer care staff.

I just want to know is there a solution for this?
