Dear Sir/Madam, I have been using Vodafone network since a decade but from last 1.5 years it is working horrible. May be because I have shifted to Virar in Mumbai.

There is connectivity issue in our area. We face network issue and many a times we don’t receive calls. When our friends and family members try to connect with us they say that your phone was not reachable or Sometimes they even say that it was ringing and no one answered.

But the fact is that the call is not connected to us and and we do not hear it ringing. There is also disturbance heard if connected. Most of the people have to come out in balcony while speaking so we are connected and voice is clear.

Even internet connection does not work. I have opted for Red plan with 4G speed but I don’t even get Single G speed. Please can you look into the matter urgently. Why aren’t we able to connect with network from our home and are able to connect when we come out of our premises.

I have lodged complaints many times but they were of no help. They give me some solutions to change the phone settings but it does not work. Even chatbots are useless. Please look into it urgently
