Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is NIRMALYA DEBNATH.I have use A Vodafone 4G sim. My Prepaid Vodafone mobile number is 8276993098.
I complain you because I have already faced a internet slow/2G connection in my location/locality from six months.
Always my connection is E. So I have also complained to Kolkata Vodafone Customer Care to 198. But there was no improvements in this problem.
Vodafone Care have not helped me in this problem. They just say that the problem will be fixed soon but no issues have been resolved yet. So I request you to please solve the problem as soon as possible.
Ih that you will look carefully at my written statement and take an initiative in this regard.
