This is regarding Mobile Shield Insurance (Registered as Shot formats) which Vodafone offers with their plan. It has been more than 6 months I am trying to pursue the mobile repair claim. The Mobile Shield team is not ready to accept the Repair Invoice Samsung Service Centre has provided. According to the claim dept the bill is not original and they keep delaying the process by saying I have sent them a colored copy of the Invoice.
