I’m a Vodafone user and covered under their mobile shield program. I raised a claim with them around 20 days back (Claim no. 1991097313) , since then I’ve been chasing a wild goose and they have stopped responding to my emails and even blocked my phone numbers as my phone gets auto disconnected when I dial their customer care number. Such a shitty response from such a big company. I want to raise a consumer redressal against them.
