Text of Complaint by Anand Kumar:

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this mail with great disappointment and frustration with the services offered by Vodafone. I have TWO MOBILE CONNECTIONS(9711040995 AND 9811762744 ).  With reference to our and voice conversations, I got a call from Vodafone executive on 7th Mar 2019 again and told me that he sincerely apologize on behalf of vodafone for the inconvenience that I faced and told me that the following plan is activated on my both mob number last 10 years old : – POSTPaid  349 monthly rental; unlimited local / STD call free  and 4 GB data free but now last 2 months I am getting only 100 MB free data and paying more charges monthly and getting very poor services on both connection even my mob switch ON stage but calling person getting response as  switch OFF Mode. Last 2 month I have more disturbed and loss business ..
