Text of Complaint by Baljinder Singh:

Hi

I am Baljinder Singh & i m using Vodafone number 9050346035.I called Vodafone customer care on 26 March for getting information about best recharge offers.They told me recharge with Rs 205/-(Unlimited call for 56 Days & 2 GB data).I called customer care again on 27 March to confirm this offer,they confirmed it.So,I recharge my number with Rs 205/- on 27 March around 4:15 pm.

But i received a message that i just got unlimited call till 17 April (22 days). I called customer care that i didn’t get the benefits which they promised in recharge of Rs 205/- but they told me that this offer is not for my number.I told them that their customer care gave me the information.After that i called customer care many a times but still they didn’t take any proper action.whenever i called them they said that they are transferring my to call to seniors but every time they hold my call about 15-20 minutes & then disconnect the call.In short, they have no intention to solve my problem.Please do something in this matter.
