i called vodafone today (28th feb 2018) at 1.51pm. I asked the agent to tranfer the call to the retentions team as I wanted to port my number because of the bill.
That lady in retentions offered me a credit of rs.100. I asked her to transfer the call to her team leader but she denied and started arguing. She did not answer my questions and kept my call on unexeptional holds.
She said that i can not make u speak to my manager as it is out of policy. That call went for 35 minutes. After 35 minutes, she disconnected my call and never called back.
I was already not convinced with vodafone and she gave me another reason to blow off my frustation on vodafone.
She prooved that vodafone gives fake promise and can never help its customer. I am disheartened with vodafone and my customer service experience. Now I am waiting on how vodafone would compensate this mental harassment.
