This is highly frustrating service by Vodafone. Vodafone changed my tariff plan without asking me and charged me 100 rs extra and they told that this would have been done after information me (I never received any call/SMS from Vodafone with this regards)

I spoke with the customer care on 09-Apr-19 and a person told me that this will be sorted and I shall get a call on 11-Apr-19, I never received any.

I called the CC on 20-Apr-19 again to speak about this issue and the person over phone told me that they will change my plan to what I had previously (My old plan was 299rs and new plan was 399rs monthly rental +GST) and I have to provide my email id, billing address etc., . When the company changed plan from 299 to 399, they never asked for any information and now when I questioned them on the same, they as for my details..??????? Frustrating..!!!!

People over phone only tells me that it will be sorted but it never happened. I also sent email to the support team including many people whom I found online but it’s of no help. I am now going to port out of Vodafone and chose a different network.

Vodafone has billion of customers and if they do this for say about 10k customers they earn 10 lakh rupees. It’s enough money to pay salary for nearly 70+ employees. I have been using vodaVoda for years now and this is what I got.

I am seriously upset with such service. I request people to opt out of Vodafone ASAP.
