I would like to raise a complaint against Vodafone network for charging hefty bills to its postpaid customers and for not informing them about the latest plans etc.
My monthly plan is 345 rs per month plus additional 99 per month. However for the past two months The bill is coming to be around 1200-1500 rupees.
Last month I already tased I complaint as my internet was not working and it always used to keep loading.But the company executive was not able to resolve the issue.
they said that your sim is old and you need to get the latest SIM card from nearby store.
this month again the bill is of 1500 rupees and they are saying that it is for Internet usage. My internet does not work properly and still they are charging this month.
now they are saying that my plan is also old and I have not upgraded my plan.in 349 they are giving only 1 gb data per month.
We are working professionals, we use postpaid network to prevent us from the trouble of recharging again and again.but Vodafone kind of companies are looting us by charging hefty bills.
would like to raise this complaint against them.
