Text of Complaint by Ayan Alana:

Vodafone’s customer care people doesn’t talk properly ans i am having problems from few days  that they are not resolving my problems nd they just always tell try back agian in 2 hours system is ,try back agian at 12  pm system is low etc they did not resolve the probs nd once i will activated Callertunes my mistake they deducted 30 rs i called Vodafone tell them that deactivate this and refund this they told yes we will the customer care person told me i will be refunded within 3 minutes then next also that call tunes was not deactivated incall agian that do something they told 24 hrs has been dome after activation so we conmot refund your money they onli think rather we are fool or donkey please i am requesting court that please help me they don’t know that if  we purchase they all eat
