Hi Team,
I am receiving threatening emails from Vodafone for not paying bill amount.
I have moved from Vodafone three years back approximately by clearing all the dues/bills but still I am receiving such emails for a long time now.
I have dropped mail to Vodafone asking the same and to clarify is it a genuine email from them or not but there is no response from there end.
Such emails are mental torture for me even when being a loyal customer.
If its really genuine they will have to show me proofs for not paying and I am happy to pay but by looking at the email, it looks doubtful.
I am attaching a copy of the email they have sent for your reference.
