Hello Sir,
Vodafone is randomly charging me for the things which i have not downloaded . I donot use internet service of Vodafone . I use it only for calling .
1st it charged me Rs 10 for downloading ppu_game which i thought might be by mistake. But again yesterday i was charged 15 for using VIDEO .
Sir/Madam this is really not good that big companies like Vodafone are charging their customers without there consent or using their services. I am really sure that i am not the only one who is being charged without consent.
I would like you to please investigate this and take necessary actions.
