I requested for my Vodafone postpaid number to be converted to prepaid number in my local Vodafone store. I paid all dues till the current date and also paid for the prepaid recharge in advance. I received the verification call where the agent was very rude and adamant on continuing my pastpaid service. He kept on imposing his decision on me and stuck to his point of not processing my request. I requested him in all possible way but still he declined my request. The number has not been converted even after the 12 hours time frame. I want to lodge this complaint so that it gets solved. If Vodafone is still not processing it then I will disconnect this number as I am extremely hurt and offended by this kind of treatment.
