In 1st week of May I port out my Jio number(972XX98240 to Vodafone and choosen a plan of Rs. 249/-. Later I felt that it was a costly plan to me then i was contact to Executive Mr. Anurag (Vodafone) who was called me at 1st time when i was made a port out request.
He assured me that sir we will change your plan after 15 days. After that I was called so many time to change my plan, even I have mailed my ID proof to Vodafone as they asked me for same but still they are not changing my plan.
They replied that we are sorry you have to wait for 60 days or 90 days. They said that we can upgrade your plan but can not down garde your plan(preferred plan is Rs.99/- plan).
I have also relocate and wants national portability but they asked me that you have to wait for 90 days.
It is my main number and I am in non home circle and have to pay roaming charges forcefully.
Please help me.
