Hello,

I am kajal Mukutmoni from Kolkata currently facing above mentioned issue from the last few days. I cleared the postpaid due and I am having my bill with me also and I stopped the service after that they started calling threatening calls that I still have pending dues and if I won’t pay they will file a case against me. after that, I went to a nearby Vodafone store and consult with them and found my bill is a valid one but still there is the pending amount they are asking. I am attaching the bill and the no also by whom I got that Vodafone call. And unfortunately, the main thing is now their customer care is unreachable from my no even though I tried from a different no and they rejected that to also after introducing myself and they continue their threatening calls. what should I do?

 

Now please guide what should I do? The Company wants money without any reason (Unable to produce an Invoice) & threatening for lea-gal actions for not paying the same.
