Dear Sir,
1.My plan changed to 299 from 149 without any confirmation from me directly bill send according to new plan
2.After that i requested plz convert me o prepaid the your CC told me i will convert to corporate plan send me docs
3.I send docs on his mail id ,he requsted some more docs again i send as per requirment till now no reply from his site from 1.5 months
3.I went to convert to prepaid finally in vodafone store he is demanding me Rs.1450/- for conversion where my bill is 770/- only.
4.You have directly offed my SIM
Now you are charging me 4 month bill for plan which i was not demanding,its change is not done by your site.
What should i do now?
