Hi,
I opted for Vodafone iroam-free pack of 7 days for Thailand (international roaming) for 29th September,2019 onwards but upon arriving at Bangkok, I found no such service was available nor any tie-up network providing any service for the said pack. I immediately report the issue to the vodafone customer care executive over chat(from the free net available at the airport) and after discussion with two consecutive executives the matter remained unresolved. I also emailed the Customer support for Vodafone informing the issue to which they informed that the matter will be resolved within twenty four hours, unfortunately and of-course which was not the case. I had to procure local sim for the period of my stay at Thailand.
Now, they have furnished the package (iroamfree@7days) bill claiming an amount of Rs. 2999/- along with my regular post paid bill (Vodafone RED entertainment invoice no.20IWB10932707910 Dt, 17.10.19 for the period 17.09.19 to 16.10.19) which I am definitely does not intend to pay for the service that they haven’t rendered or provided. However, I am willing to pay my regular bill amount as usual which is definitely justified and legitimate.
