Dear Sir/Madam,

My Mobile numbers are 8939922244 & 8939911166.

I have converted Both of my Postpaid numbers to Prepaid in KOTTIVAKAM Branch Chennai and SIM activated on same day but Internet 2G/3G/4G are not at all working. After continuous followup (40KMS need to travel to reach main store)also no response towords solution. I have 509 Unlimited plan with daily 1.4GB unlimited data in both the numbers.
