I have ported my number (9899966318) with Vodafone in last week. And after that I am facing internet slowness issue ( only getting 0.01 to 0.02 MPS speed download/upload ) everywhere. While internet speed should come 3-7 Mbps on 4G. I am having Red 499 plan on my number.
I have raised my concern with Vodafone team more than 4-5 times on CC & on Chat window & also on mail from last 3-4 days. But still no resolution & response received from Vodafone Team.
Now I know, which type of best class service Vodafone team is providing to customer. Pathetic experience with Vodafone support. in name of Tele service they are just harassing. Now I am stuck with Vodafone for 3 months and can not port my no. with any other partner because of locking period.
So please help here and resolve my issue on urgent basis and take proper action against this type of service.
